Dr. "Tony" Anthony Kochensparger
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Joining full time on August 3rd, Dr. Tony is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and former Army Ranger who brings military discipline and leadership to his veterinary career. Known for his genuine compassion, he builds strong relationships with owners. Through his Vet for Vets philosophy, he proudly supports fellow veterans while providing compassionate, high quality animal care for pets.

Dr. Serina Doolittle
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) / Lead Veterinarian
Dr. Doolittle, originally from Thomasville, Georgia, earned her undergraduate degree in 2014 before graduating with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 2018. Deeply passionate about personalized care, she leads Elite Veterinary Services with an attentive approach. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Ilene Bea, and actively aiding local animal rescues.

Priscilla Tuttle
Office Manager
Priscilla relocated from New Jersey to the South in 2008, bringing a lifelong passion for animals that began on her family farm. As an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician, her background includes emergency care, oncology, ophthalmology, and surgery. Today, as Office Manager, she leads clinic operations while spending free time with her husband Andrew, son Collin, and goofy pitbull Thor.

Ashlyn Mohn
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Ashlyn is a 2020 graduate of the Veterinary Technology Program at Ogeechee Technical College. Originally from the St. Louis area, she has spent over a decade in Georgia caring for animals. Her experience includes general veterinary practice. Ashlyn brings a unique passion for fostering and exotic pet care to the team, sharing her home with her loving husband Austin and her beloved foster-fail pets.

Johnnie Mitchell
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Johnnie earned her degree from Ogeechee Technical College in 2016. A former military brat who traveled extensively before returning to Georgia, she has always dreamed of helping animals daily. Her experience includes ophthalmology and general veterinary practice. Johnnie thrives on building lasting connections with clients and their pets. Outside work, she loves spending time with her two children and spoiling her senior Toy Poodle.

Shannon Dawson
Veterinary Assistant
A Hinesville native, Shannon brings 17 years of veterinary experience, including extensive experience working with animal rescues. She has extensive experience with medical rehabilitation cases, bottle-feeding young animals, and helping rescue pets thrive. Married with three daughters and a new granddaughter, Shannon is a proud foster-fail advocate whose passion for animal welfare extends deeply into her family life.

Katelynn James
Receptionist
Born and raised in the Savannah area, Katelynn serves as the welcoming first face of Elite Veterinary Services. Having joined the veterinary field a year ago, she loves supporting clients and building connections with local families. At home, Katelynn stays busy caring for her energetic German Shorthaired Pointer named Rue, alongside her two cats, Pope Francis and Stella.
